30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• With original tags, if applicable
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error, please contact us. We will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For approved non-defective voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective voluntary returns where permitted by law.

The restocking fee:

• Is calculated from the returned product's purchase price
• Does not apply to defective products
• Does not apply to damaged products
• Does not apply when we shipped the wrong item
• Does not apply where prohibited by applicable law
• Does not apply to qualifying EU statutory 14-day withdrawal returns

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@aallcshop.com.

Please include your order information and, when appropriate, photos showing the issue so we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Opened or used personal-care or hygiene products when return is not appropriate for health or hygiene reasons
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards

Sale and promotional items are eligible under our standard return policy unless they were clearly identified as final sale before purchase, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or option, the fastest method is to return the original eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For purchases covered by European Union consumer withdrawal laws, customers generally have the right to cancel or return eligible goods within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Qualifying statutory EU withdrawal returns are not subject to a restocking fee.

Unless we agree to cover the cost or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when that responsibility was disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval, less any clearly disclosed return-related charges permitted by applicable law.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
